Gladys has been in the industry for over 30 years. She moved to Florida from Connecticut in 1977. In 1980, she decided to pursue a career in the mortgage industry doing VA loans for the #1 VA lender in Florida. She decided to venture into title work and has been doing it since 2003, and we're lucky to have her on the team since 2022. She's a mother of 4 boys and they are her world! Gladys loves going on adventures with her 2 grandsons, and enjoys crochet and making blankets.

Pam has been in the industry for about 20 years and is the newest member of our team, bringing a very cheerful and joyous energy to the office. She recently relocated back to Florida from Maryland expert, holds her Title Producer License, which allowed us to close our first Maryland deal in 2023. In her free time, she loves hockey, theater, discovering all the local beach bars and
restaurants. Pam recently became a "mee-maw" for the first time and is looking forward to experiencing life with her first grandchild.

Carson has been in the title industry for 9 years and is currently enjoying his life as a new father. We're lucky to have him with his tremendous work ethic and skillset. He has a passion for hockey and tries to play as much as he can with friends in his free time. Carson also enjoys the great outdoors and is a Star Wars fanatic.

Bobbie has been in the title industry for sixteen years. Her amazing customer service skills have aided her in keeping her customers happy and coming back time after time. She currently holds a title license in MO, OH & FL where she ventured to 21 years ago to continue her career & family life. She currently lives on a small farm in Spring Hill. She loves spending time with her 5 children and 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Her spare time is spent riding horses.

Vilmayra aka Vilma Lopez has been working in the title industry over 2 years, and she loves it! She enjoys gaining the knowledge and experience necessary to succeed in the title/real estate field. Vilma is bilingual, giving her a competitive edge in the post closing process. In her free time, she loves to help others in need, goes to church and enjoys cooking for her family.

Kristen has been with us for one year and is our premier Intake Specialist. However, don’t let that title fool you, she does many more jobs than just what her job title entails and we're lucky to have her. She does everything from opening orders and corresponding with all our clientele. She enjoys cooking and baking for everyone in the office, and often supplies us with yummy treats. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her two young sons on or in any body of water.
